Four Seasons A/C Filter Drier Desiccant Bag Kit with Plug

The Four Seasons A/C Filter Drier Desiccant Bag Kit with Plug is a replacement desiccant element for the accumulator or receiver drier in a vehicle's air conditioning system. Moisture is one of the biggest threats to an A/C system. The desiccant bag absorbs it before it can combine with refrigerant and form corrosive acids. Those acids can damage the compressor, condenser, and evaporator.

Key Features:

• Desiccant bag kit with a plug, for servicing the receiver drier or accumulator
• Cloth desiccant bag filled with high-quality desiccant for moisture absorption
• Includes the gaskets, O-rings, or seals needed to replace the original components, depending on the part number
• Direct-fit design that replaces the original desiccant element
• Backed by Four Seasons' more than 50 years of mobile A/C experience

Service Note: A leaking or open system can saturate a desiccant bag within a few hours and make it ineffective. The accumulator or filter drier should be replaced any time the A/C system is opened for service. Replacement is also required to keep the compressor warranty valid.

Each kit is engineered and tested for years of reliable operation. It is a good choice for A/C repairs and for restoring system protection after a service.
