Belimo Control Valve Cv with On/Off Actuator

The Belimo Characterized Control Valve (CCV) with On/Off Actuator is a factory-assembled hydronic control valve for HVAC water systems. It pairs a ball valve with a rotary actuator. It is sold in a range of Cv ratings, so you can match flow capacity to the application. Belimo describes the CCV as combining the tight close-off of a ball valve with a specialized disc that gives an equal percentage flow characteristic.

Key Features:

• Characterized ball design: A characterizing disc inside the valve gives flow behavior comparable to a globe valve. This supports stable control and better part-load performance.
• On/off actuator included: The valve comes fitted with a rotary actuator that moves the ball to the position the control system calls for. Some models also offer floating point control, auxiliary switches or fail-safe spring return operation.
• Bubble-tight shut-off: The valve is designed to prevent leakage, which helps limit energy losses and operating costs.
• Versatile applications: It suits air handlers, heating and cooling coils, fan coil units, unit ventilators and VAV re-heat coils.
• Proven design: Belimo has sold the CCV since 1999, and the line is backed by Belimo's warranty.

Choose the child item that matches your required Cv, valve configuration and actuator control voltage. Belimo is a well-known name in HVAC actuators and valves, and this assembly helps deliver dependable, energy-efficient flow control.
