Belimo B232+AFRB24 Control Valve Cv with On/Off Actuator - 2-Way 1.25 37 24V

The Belimo B232+AFRB24 is a complete control valve assembly combining a 1.25-inch brass ball valve with an AFRB24 electric actuator. This 2-way characterized control valve (CCV) features a flow coefficient (Cv) of 37, making it suitable for medium-flow HVAC applications including chilled water, hot water, and glycol systems.

Key Specifications:

• Valve size: 1.25 inches (DN32) with threaded NPT connections
• Flow coefficient: 37 Cv for efficient flow control
• 2-way configuration for on/off or modulating control
• 24V AC/DC electric actuator with spring return functionality
• On/Off control with fail-safe spring return to closed position
• Close-off pressure rating: 180 PSI
• Characterized ball design for improved control performance
• Compact direct-mount design for easy installation

Features:

• Factory-assembled valve and actuator combination ensures compatibility
• Spring return mechanism provides fail-safe operation during power loss
• Brass valve body construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Suitable for temperatures ranging from -4°F to 248°F (-20°C to 120°C)
• Quick installation with threaded connections
• Low power consumption design

This valve assembly is ideal for zone control, heat exchanger applications, and general HVAC water control systems where reliable on/off control with fail-safe spring return is required. The characterized ball design provides better control characteristics than standard ball valves, making it suitable for both simple and complex control strategies.
