Hayden Automotive Rapid-Cool Transmission Oil Cooler with Thermal Bypass

The Hayden Rapid-Cool Transmission Oil Cooler with Thermal Bypass is an auxiliary automatic transmission oil cooler (also called a transmission fluid cooler). It helps control fluid temperature to protect your transmission. The plate-and-fin aluminum construction suits daily drivers, towing and hauling, and colder climates.

Key Features:

• Thermal bypass design: The patented internal pressure bypass sends fluid through a bypass channel until it warms up. This helps the transmission reach its normal operating temperature quickly. Fluid then flows through the full cooler as temperatures rise.
• Plate-and-fin construction: The design is rated 33% more efficient than a comparable tube-and-fin cooler.
• Aluminum build: The cooler is made from lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum.
• Pressure tested: Each cooler is 100% pressure tested to 150 PSI for quality assurance.
• Compatible with OEM cooler systems: It works with factory cooler systems and is not an original-equipment replacement.
• Barbed hose connections: Fittings accept 3/8 in. transmission cooler line.

Hayden Automotive has long made cooling products for automotive applications. The Rapid-Cool line adds dependable temperature control to help extend transmission life. Choose the child option that matches your application.
