Beckett Air Tube Combination with Head

The Beckett Air Tube Combination with Head (also called an air tube and nozzle line electrode assembly with flame retention head) is a replacement or upgrade assembly for Beckett AF and AFG series oil burners. It combines the main components that deliver fuel, spark and air to the flame, so the burner can run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Features:

• Steel air tube: 4-inch diameter tube, pre-drilled for attachment to the burner chassis and the retention head.
• Nozzle line electrode assembly: self-centering design that carries oil to the nozzle and high-voltage electricity to the electrodes.
• Static plate: controls and evens out airflow to the head for smooth, efficient combustion.
• Flame retention head: one-piece head that produces a stable, intense flame. Beckett states it can raise efficiency by as much as 35%.
• Head options: the line is offered with different retention head styles to suit different firing rates. Refer to the Beckett retention head selection chart to match the head to your application.

Oil nozzles are sold separately. Installation should be done by a qualified, licensed heating technician using properly calibrated combustion test equipment. This is a dependable Beckett component for restoring or optimizing oil burner performance.
