Beckett AF76XN Air Tube Combination with Head - 7-3/4 F3

The Beckett AF76XN is a 7-3/4 inch air tube combination assembly with an integrated F3 flame retention head, designed for use with Beckett AF and AFG series residential oil burners. This configuration is rated for firing rates between 0.75 and 1.25 gallons per hour (GPH). This complete assembly includes the air tube, nozzle line electrode assembly, and fixed retention head for efficient oil combustion.

Complete Assembly Includes:

• Air Tube: 4 inch diameter steel construction, pre-drilled for attachment to burner chassis and retention head
• Nozzle Line Electrode Assembly: Self-centering design that delivers oil to the nozzle and high voltage electricity to the electrodes; static plate controls and evens out air flow to the head for smooth, efficient combustion
• F3 Flame Retention Head: One-piece flame retention burner head that creates highly stable and intense combustion, increasing efficiency by as much as 35%

Important Installation Notes:

• Oil nozzles are sold separately and must be purchased based on your specific firing rate requirements
• This product must be installed by a qualified and licensed contractor using properly calibrated combustion test equipment. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in significant property damage, serious personal injury, or death
• The Z dimension (nozzle positioning) for F heads should be set at 1-1/8 inch

This air tube combination is compatible with the Beckett AFG Flame Retention Residential Oil Burner (B2007) and AF Flame Retention Residential Oil Burner (B3001). The 7-3/4 inch length makes it suitable for a wide range of residential heating applications including oil-fired furnaces and boilers.
