US Motor Works Professional Series Heavy Duty Fan Clutch

The US Motor Works Professional Series Heavy Duty Fan Clutch (also called an engine cooling fan clutch or thermal fan clutch) controls when your engine's cooling fan engages. It keeps the engine at a stable operating temperature in demanding conditions. A fan clutch lets the fan freewheel when the engine is cool. This reduces engine load, noise and wasted power. It locks the fan up when the radiator needs more airflow.

Key Features:

• Thermal-activated operation: The clutch responds to radiator heat, so the fan engages when needed and disengages when it isn't.
• CNC-machined construction: Machined to match OE specifications for form and fit.
• Aluminum body: Helps dissipate heat efficiently.
• Heavy duty bearing: Packed with high-temperature moly grease for durability.
• Direct-replacement design: Application coverage, clutch specification and industry interchange information are printed on the stock number label.
• Broad coverage: The line covers many domestic and import applications.

A worn or failed fan clutch can cause overheating, poor cooling at idle and in traffic, and excess fan noise. Replacing it with a Professional Series fan clutch helps restore proper engine cooling, supports fuel efficiency during cold operation, and reduces parasitic power loss. Each part number in the line is listed individually, so choose the one that matches your application.
