ITW Devcon Aluminum Liquid Epoxy Kit

The ITW Devcon Aluminum Liquid (F-2) Epoxy Kit is an aluminum-filled, pourable two-part epoxy. It is also called aluminum liquid epoxy or liquid aluminum. It is made for building molds, patterns, and holding fixtures. The low-viscosity, self-leveling formula flows into fine detail, so it reproduces delicate or intricate parts accurately.

Key Features:

• Aluminum-filled epoxy: Cures to a non-rusting, metallic aluminum finish.
• Low viscosity and self-leveling: It is castable and captures fine mold detail.
• Low shrinkage: Helps parts hold their dimensions after curing.
• Machinable: After curing, it can be drilled, tapped, and machined with standard metalworking tools.
• Two-part resin and hardener system: It uses ambient-temperature cure, so no oven is needed.
• Versatile applications: Suited to mold-making, patterns, holding fixtures, and equipment leveling.

Devcon is a long-established name in industrial repair and maintenance epoxies. Aluminum Liquid gives shops, maintenance teams, and fabricators a durable, workable material for tooling and fixture projects. For best adhesion, prepare surfaces as directed in the manufacturer's technical data sheet.
