Kodiak Controls Pete's Plug Pressure Temperature Test Port

The Kodiak Controls Pete's Plug is a pressure and temperature test port (also called a P/T plug or test plug). It gives technicians a permanent access point for taking readings in hydronic, HVAC, and plumbing systems. A thermometer stem or pressure gauge probe can be inserted through the port without draining the system or shutting down the line.

Key Features:

• Self-sealing core closes around the probe and reseals when the probe is removed, which helps prevent leaks
• Supports pressure gauge and temperature probe readings at the same fitting
• Threaded body installs directly into piping, equipment, or fittings
• Includes a protective cap to keep dirt and debris out of the port between uses
• Suited to system balancing, commissioning, and routine service checks

Installing test ports at key points in a system makes future diagnostics faster and cleaner. Kodiak Controls Pete's Plug test ports are a practical addition to any mechanical system that needs periodic monitoring. Choose the variant that matches your application from the options listed on this page.
