Reznor LP Pilot Orifice for Gas Unit Heaters

The Reznor LP pilot orifice is a replacement pilot orifice (also called a pilot jet or pilot nozzle) for Reznor gas-fired unit heaters that run on liquid propane (LP). It meters the flow of propane to the pilot assembly. This keeps the pilot flame steady so the burner lights reliably.

Key Features:

• Made for liquid propane (L.P.) service only
• Meters fuel to the pilot to help maintain a stable, consistent pilot flame
• Helps support clean, efficient combustion and dependable ignition
• Replacement part for Reznor gas unit heaters, sized to the pilot assembly on the heater
• Compact, easy-to-service component for routine maintenance and LP conversions

Reznor, part of Nortek Global HVAC, makes commercial and industrial gas-fired air heaters and other HVAC equipment. Replacing a worn, clogged, or incorrect pilot orifice can fix a weak or erratic pilot flame or a pilot that won't stay lit. Select the child item that matches your heater's pilot assembly.
