OSC HVAC Heater Core - Aluminum Replacement

The OSC HVAC heater core (also called a cabin heater core or heater radiator) is a new aluminum replacement. It is designed to match the form and function of the original equipment heater core. It transfers heat from engine coolant to the air entering the cabin, so it supplies warm air for heating and windshield defrosting.

Key Features:

• Premium aluminum construction: Made from premium grade aluminum for durable, lasting performance.
• Cadmium-plated tubes: The tubes are cadmium plated inside and out to help prevent premature failure.
• Pressure tested: Each heater core is individually pressure tested for quality control and leak resistance.
• OE form and function: Engineered to original equipment standards for a direct-replacement fit.
• Copper-core replacement: All OSC heater cores are aluminum, and they serve as a direct replacement for copper-designed heater cores.
• Accessories included: The necessary foam and accessories are included with each unit.

OSC heater cores are built to restore reliable cabin heat and defrost performance. They suit both professional installers and DIY repairs.
