OSC 98713 HVAC Heater Core New Replacement

The OSC 98713 is a new HVAC heater core engineered to meet or exceed original equipment form, fit, and function. Constructed from premium-grade Alcoa Aluminum, this heater core delivers reliable cabin heating performance as a direct replacement for the factory unit.

OSC's heater cores feature cadmium-plated tubes — inside and out — to guard against corrosion and premature failure. A die-cut gasket is used in assembly to ensure a leak-free seal, and every unit is individually pressure tested before leaving the factory. OSC does not substitute inferior aluminum coolers in place of stainless steel plate, copper, or brass concentric coolers — units are built to match the original equipment cooler design where applicable.

Key Features:

• Premium-grade Alcoa Aluminum construction for durability and efficient heat transfer
• Cadmium-plated tubes inside and out for corrosion resistance and long service life
• Die-cut gasket for a leak-proof seal
• Individually pressure tested for quality assurance
• Engineered to OE form, fit, and function — no modifications required
• All necessary fittings, foam, and hardware included
• Copper concentric coolers and plate coolers retained where originally equipped
