Johnson Controls Pneumatic Actuator Spring Kit

The Johnson Controls pneumatic actuator spring kit (also called a valve actuator spring kit or valve spring kit) is a replacement and field-mounting component for Johnson Controls pneumatic valve actuators. It sets the spring return force that balances the air pressure from a pneumatic controller. That balance lets the actuator position hot water, chilled water and steam control valves in an HVAC system.

Key Features:

• Sets the actuator's operating spring range, so the valve responds correctly to the pneumatic controller signal
• Provides the spring return force that drives the valve to its default position when air pressure is reduced
• Lets you adapt an actuator to a threaded-stem valve in the field, or restore the spring assembly during repair and maintenance
• Built from Johnson Controls components for use with the company's valve and actuator product lines
• Spring kits are offered in different spring ranges and stroke lengths to suit different valve and actuator combinations

Johnson Controls is a long-established name in building controls and HVAC automation. These spring kits help keep pneumatic valve control systems working accurately and reliably. Select the child item that matches your actuator, valve and required spring range.
