Johnson Controls Cast Iron Flanged Valve Linkage Kit HVAC Control Valves & Actuators

The Johnson Controls M9000-53x Series Cast Iron Flanged Valve Linkage Kits (also called valve linkage or actuator mounting kits) are made for field-mounting Johnson Controls M9000 Series electric actuators to cast iron flanged globe valves. They are designed for use with VG2000 Series cast iron flanged valves in HVAC control applications. Kits are also available to fit older Johnson Controls valves, so you can convert from pneumatic or older electric actuator installations.

Key Features:

• Dedicated models: each kit is matched to a valve stroke and actuator arrangement, which simplifies installation and cuts setup time.
• Actuator compatibility: mounts M9116 and M9124 Series non-spring-return actuators and M9220 Series spring-return electric actuators.
• Single anti-rotation bracket: lets one linkage accommodate both spring-return and non-spring-return electric actuators.
• Two-bolt coupler clamp: couples the linkage to the valve stem quickly and easily.
• Single or tandem actuator options: you can convert a linkage from a single to a tandem actuator to meet changing shutoff requirements.
• Cast iron construction: a strong, stable mount for the actuator.

These kits are intended for hot water, chilled water, 50/50 glycol solutions and low-pressure saturated steam in heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Choose the individual kit that matches your valve and actuator combination.
