Auveco Short Extruded U-Nut

Auveco short extruded U-nuts, also called speed nuts, U-clips or extruded U nuts, give you a threaded anchor point on sheet metal panels. They are a common choice for body panels, trim, brackets, and other sheet-metal assemblies in automotive repair and restoration. The U-shaped body slips over the edge of a panel. The extruded threaded hole inside it accepts a screw or bolt.

Key Features:

• Short extruded U-nut design suits panel edges where space is limited
• Slip-on U-shaped body grips the panel edge, so you can fasten from one side
• Extruded threaded hole accepts a matching screw or bolt
• Phosphate-coated steel construction
• Auveco products are intended to provide OE fit and function
• Available in multiple thread sizes and panel ranges, so you can match the nut to your application

Auveco is a long-time supplier of automotive fasteners and hardware for repair, restoration, and aftermarket use. These U-nuts are a replacement for worn, rusted, or missing factory fasteners, and they help keep panels, trim, and components securely mounted.
