ACDelco Automatic Transmission Input Speed Sensor

The ACDelco Automatic Transmission Input Speed Sensor (also called a transmission input shaft speed sensor, turbine speed sensor, or transmission speed sensor) monitors the rotational speed of the transmission input shaft. It sends this signal to the vehicle's powertrain or transmission control module.

Key Features:

• Supplies input shaft speed data that the control module uses to manage shift timing, shift quality, and torque converter clutch operation
• Engineered by ACDelco to meet the form, fit, and function requirements of the application it is designed for
• Built for dependable signal output in the heat, vibration, and fluid exposure inside an automatic transmission
• Designed for direct-fit installation, with no modification required

A failing input speed sensor can cause harsh or erratic shifting, incorrect speedometer or tachometer readings, transmission limp mode, or a check engine light with related transmission trouble codes. Replacing it with an ACDelco sensor helps restore smooth, accurate transmission operation. ACDelco is the General Motors parts brand, and it is widely used by professional technicians and DIY owners.
