The Falken Espia EPZ II 215/60R16 99T XL is a studless winter passenger tire engineered to deliver confident traction and control in the harshest cold-weather conditions. Built with an asymmetrical tread pattern and a specialized silica-enriched compound, this tire remains pliable at low temperatures for consistent grip on snow, slush, and ice.

Key Features:

• 3D Canyon Sipe Technology: Increases sipe density to add thousands of additional biting edges per block, improving braking and traction on packed snow and ice
• Silica-Enriched Tread Compound: Maintains flexibility in cold temperatures for reliable winter grip across a range of below-freezing conditions
• Wide Lateral Grooves: Allow snow to pack into the tread for increased snow-on-snow traction and faster road surface clearing in slushy or deep snow
• Zigzag Main Groove Design: Provides enhanced resistance to hydroplaning while tread notches create additional biting edges for ice and snow traction
• Strategically Designed Rib Placement: Larger outer-edge block-style ribs deliver stable, comfortable handling regardless of road surface condition
• Asymmetrical Tread Pattern: Allows for free rotation in any direction, making tire maintenance straightforward
• Extra Load (XL) Rating: Supports up to 1,709 lbs at 50 PSI maximum inflation pressure

The Espia EPZ II carries a 4-ply construction and is backed by Falken's Road Hazard Protection. With a 12/32" tread depth and an overall diameter of 26.3", it is designed for passenger car fitment on 16" rims.
