Replacement DH31450047 Direct Injection High Pressure Fuel Pump Mechanical GDI

The Replacement DH31450047 is a mechanical direct injection high-pressure fuel pump (GDI pump) engineered as an OEM-quality replacement for select Hyundai 1.6L four-cylinder applications. Mounted externally on the engine and driven by the camshaft, this high-pressure pump works in tandem with the in-tank low-pressure pump to deliver precisely metered fuel to the gasoline direct injection (GDI) system at the elevated pressures required for optimal combustion efficiency.

Key Features:

• Direct Replacement: Designed for direct, bolt-on installation with no modifications required
• Mechanical GDI Pump: Camshaft-driven design delivers high-pressure fuel directly to GDI injectors
• OEM-Standard Construction: Built to meet original equipment specifications for fit, form, and function
• Durable Materials: Engineered to withstand the high-pressure and high-temperature demands of GDI fuel systems
• Replaces OEM Part Numbers: GDP404, M73176, 353202B220, 35320-2B220, HM10054

Restoring proper fuel system pressure with the DH31450047 helps eliminate symptoms such as hard starting, rough idle, reduced power, and poor fuel economy commonly associated with a failing high-pressure fuel pump on GDI-equipped engines.
