Motorad EVP0133 EVAP Vapor Canister

The Motorad EVP0133 is a direct-fit replacement vapor canister engineered for your vehicle's evaporative emissions control (EVAP) system. This canister captures and stores fuel vapors from the fuel tank, preventing them from venting into the atmosphere and helping the vehicle meet environmental emissions standards.

Inside the canister, an activated charcoal bed adsorbs fuel vapors during engine-off periods. Once the engine is running, those stored vapors are metered back into the intake to be burned during normal combustion, reducing harmful emissions and supporting fuel efficiency.

Key Features:

• Activated charcoal bed matched to OEM capacity and grade, validated to OE specifications for reliable vapor adsorption and desorption
• Multi-layer internal flow design distributes vapor through the charcoal media for stable, long-term adsorption efficiency
• Engineered to correct known OE failure modes including housing crack points, port geometry, and charcoal retention
• Manufactured from high-quality materials resistant to fuel vapors and extreme underhood temperatures
• Designed to restore proper EVAP system function and support OBD-II emissions monitor readiness
• Direct-fit replacement — meets or exceeds original equipment specifications

Replacing a degraded or failed vapor canister with a quality unit like the Motorad EVP0133 restores proper emissions control, helps eliminate fuel smell from the engine bay, and can resolve EVAP-related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). It's a critical step in maintaining both engine health and environmental compliance.
