SP Performance D55-148-BP Diamond Slotted Brake Rotor with Zinc Coating - Black

The SP Performance D55-148-BP is a high-performance diamond slotted brake rotor designed to deliver superior stopping power and heat dissipation. Featuring a unique combination of directional curved slots and diamond-shaped dimples, this rotor effectively expels brake dust, vents gases, and maintains optimal pad contact for consistent braking performance.

Key Features:

• Diamond slotted design combines the benefits of slots and dimples for maximum brake efficiency
• Directional curved slots increase pad bite, improve air circulation, and reduce brake fade
• Diamond-shaped dimples create recesses to dampen expanding gases without the cracking risk of cross-drilled rotors
• Black ZRC (zinc-rich coating) provides corrosion resistance and a clean, aggressive appearance
• Machine balanced and disc ground to meet or exceed OEM specifications
• Direct bolt-on replacement requiring no brake system modifications
• Manufactured in the USA and machined to order by SP Performance employees
• CAD-designed and CNC-machined for precision and consistent performance

SP Performance diamond slotted rotors are ideal for enthusiasts seeking improved braking performance with enhanced durability. The slotted design prevents brake hydroplaning in wet weather while the dimples keep braking surfaces cool without compromising rotor integrity, making them suitable for both street and performance applications.
