SP Performance T44217C-BP Diamond Slotted Brake Rotor with Zinc Coating - Black

The SP Performance T44217C-BP is a high-performance brake rotor featuring a diamond slotted design with durable Black ZRC (zinc) coating for superior stopping power and corrosion protection. Manufactured in the USA, this rotor is machined and plated to order by SP Performance employees using premium quality castings that meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Key Features:

• Diamond slotted pattern expels brake dust, gases, and moisture for improved pad bite and consistent braking performance
• Black ZRC coating provides rust and corrosion resistance while delivering a clean, stylish appearance behind your wheels
• Machine balanced and disc ground for smooth, vibration-free operation
• Direct replacement design requires no brake system modifications
• Slots help reduce brake fade and combat hydroplaning in wet weather conditions
• Ideal for performance street driving and track use where durability is essential

SP Performance rotors are constructed from high-strength cast iron and are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship. The slotted design allows heat and gases to escape from the brake pad surface, maintaining optimal contact between pad and rotor while keeping temperatures lower during aggressive braking. This results in improved stopping distances and extended rotor life.
