DriveMotive DF31450106 Direct Injection High Pressure Mechanical Fuel Pump

The DriveMotive DF31450106 is a direct injection high-pressure mechanical fuel pump engineered as an OEM-quality replacement for select Ford and Lincoln turbocharged vehicles. Designed to deliver precise fuel pressure required by modern gasoline direct injection (GDI) systems, this pump ensures reliable engine performance and optimal fuel atomization.

Direct injection engines demand significantly higher fuel pressure than traditional port-injected systems. This high-pressure mechanical pump is cam-driven and works in conjunction with the low-pressure electric fuel pump to supply the fuel injectors at the elevated pressures GDI systems require for efficient combustion.

Key Features:

• OEM replacement for direct injection high-pressure fuel pump
• Mechanical, cam-driven design engineered to OEM specifications
• Built for turbocharged GDI engine applications
• Restores proper fuel rail pressure for smooth engine operation
• Helps eliminate symptoms such as rough idle, hesitation, and misfires associated with a failing high-pressure pump
• Manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment standards

The DF31450106 is a direct-fit replacement requiring no modifications, making it a straightforward solution for restoring factory-level fuel system performance.
