Xylem 17C-3/4-A 3/4" Angle Steam Trap 25 PSI

The Xylem 17C-3/4-A is a 3/4-inch angle pattern steam trap designed for low-pressure steam applications up to 25 PSI. This thermostatic steam trap automatically removes condensate, air, and other non-condensable gases from steam systems while preventing live steam loss, helping maintain system efficiency and protect equipment.

Key Features:

• 3/4-inch NPT threaded connections for easy installation
• Angle pattern design ideal for tight spaces and vertical installations
• Maximum working pressure of 25 PSI
• Thermostatic operation responds to temperature changes
• Durable cast iron or bronze construction for long service life
• Manufacturer part number 402006

Angle steam traps are commonly used in applications where space constraints or piping configurations make inline traps impractical. The thermostatic element opens when cooler condensate is present and closes when steam temperature is detected, providing automatic and continuous condensate removal in heating systems, process steam lines, and steam-using equipment.
