Trane BAYHTRS315A 15kW Supplementary Electric Heater

The Trane BAYHTRS315A is a supplementary electric heater designed to provide additional heating capacity for heat pump systems during extreme cold weather conditions. This auxiliary heating element helps maintain comfortable indoor temperatures when outdoor temperatures drop below the heat pump's efficient operating range.

Key Features:

• 15 kilowatt heating capacity for effective supplemental heat
• Compatible with select Trane heat pump air handlers
• Factory-installed internal circuit breaker for safety
• Quick-connect wiring harness for simplified installation
• Designed for use with single-phase 208-240V electrical service
• Engineered to integrate seamlessly with Trane's communicating systems

This electric heater accessory is ideal for applications where heat pump heating capacity alone may not be sufficient during peak heating demand. It works in conjunction with the heat pump to ensure consistent comfort levels throughout the coldest months.
