3M 7000126012 Scotchblok Masking Paper 06738 18 in x 180 ft Gold Polycoated 12/Case

The 3M Scotchblok Masking Paper (06738) is a professional-grade automotive masking paper engineered specifically for automotive and transportation aftermarket paint work. Featuring a polycoated backing, this 18-inch wide by 180-foot roll delivers superior solvent bleed-through resistance that standard masking papers simply cannot match. Each case includes 12 rolls.

Key Features:

• Polycoated backing blocks solvents, urethanes, base coats, and clear coats from penetrating to underlying surfaces
• Distinctive gold color makes it easy to distinguish from ordinary masking paper on the shop floor
• Thin, conformable paper attaches easily to a wide variety of surfaces and shapes
• Holds up under wet sanding conditions without tearing or degrading
• Withstands bake cycles up to 225°F (107°C) for up to 30 minutes
• Bonded formulation reduces dust contamination of freshly painted and varnished surfaces from paper fibers
• Tears cleanly when used with apron tapers and maskers, minimizing paper waste
• Compatible with 3M masking tapes and masking equipment

When properly applied, 3M Scotchblok Masking Paper protects auto body shops from costly clean-up and rework caused by accidental paint overspray or solvent contamination. Sold as a case of 12 rolls, each measuring 18 in x 180 ft. Also cross-referenced as 3M part number 06738, UPC 051131067387.
