Product Details

The Holstein 2BMR0278K is a complete HVAC blower motor resistor kit designed to restore variable speed control to your vehicle's heating and air conditioning system. This direct replacement kit includes both the blower motor resistor and wiring harness for a comprehensive repair solution.

Key Features:

  • Complete kit includes resistor and harness pigtail for thorough replacement
  • Restores blower motor variable speed control to original performance
  • Regulates hot and cold air flow from interior vents across all fan speeds
  • Built to meet OEM specifications for form, fit, and function
  • Constructed with quality materials to resist overheating and corrosion
  • Direct replacement for original equipment on specified applications
  • Backed by Holstein's 3 Year / 36,000 Mile Warranty

The blower motor resistor controls the current sent to the blower motor fan, adjusting fan speed when you change the climate control settings on your dash. Signs of a failing resistor include weak or erratic airflow from vents, the fan only working at certain speeds, or no airflow at all. This kit provides everything needed to restore full HVAC functionality.
