The pitman arm is a vital component in parallelogram-type steering systems, transmitting steering force from the gearbox through the drag link to control wheel direction. When steering components like the pitman arm become worn or damaged, symptoms may include loose steering feel, excessive play in the steering wheel, or vehicle pulling to one side. Replacing worn steering components with genuine Mopar parts ensures optimal steering control and safety while maintaining your vehicle's original performance specifications.
