Namura Technologies NW-10012-2 PWC Piston Kit Oversize - 102.47mm

The Namura Technologies NW-10012-2 is a high-performance piston kit designed for personal watercraft (PWC) applications. This kit features a 0.50mm oversize bore measuring 102.47mm, making it an ideal replacement for rebuilding worn cylinders at a fraction of the cost of cylinder replacement.

Key Features:

• MOS2 (Teflon/Molybdenum) Coated Skirts: Rolled-on application process provides a bond that is 10 times stronger than spray-on coatings, offering increased heat transfer, reduced friction, and protection against cold seizures
• Machined Smooth Heads: Reflects combustion heat and reduces carbon buildup, protecting the top of the piston while potentially increasing horsepower and fuel economy
• Hard Anodized Domes: Increases heat resistance and durability, with anodized pistons being 75% stronger than non-anodized versions
• Complete Kit: Includes piston individually wrapped, OEM quality ring set in separate box, wrist pin, and circlips
• Precision Engineering: 100% CNC-machined for exact tolerances and reliable performance

Namura piston kits deliver higher performance without the premium price, making them an excellent choice for PWC engine rebuilds and performance upgrades. This oversize kit helps extend the life of expensive coated cylinders by providing precise fitment and superior materials.
