Namura Technologies NW-50000-2 PWC Polaris Piston Kit

The Namura Technologies NW-50000-2 is a complete high-performance piston kit designed specifically for Polaris personal watercraft engines. This comprehensive kit includes everything needed for a professional rebuild: an individually wrapped piston, OEM-quality rings in their own box, wrist pin, and circlips.

Advanced Coating Technology:

• MOS2 Coated Skirts: Features Teflon/Molybdenum coating applied through a rolled-on process that creates a bond 10 times stronger than spray-on alternatives. This coating increases heat transfer, reduces friction, and helps prevent cold seizures during startup.
• Machined Smooth Heads: Precision-machined piston heads reflect combustion heat away from critical areas and reduce carbon buildup. Testing shows this design can improve horsepower and fuel economy by up to 6%.
• Anodized Domes: Hard-anodized surface treatment increases heat resistance and structural integrity, making these pistons 75% stronger than non-anodized versions.
• Hypereutectic Construction: Advanced casting process with higher silicon content delivers reduced thermal expansion, superior wear resistance, and the ability to withstand higher operating temperatures.

Premium Gasket Set Included: All Namura gaskets are manufactured to OE specifications for perfect fit without trimming or modification. Materials are specifically selected for their resistance to temperature extremes, oil, fuel, and coolant, and are tested to ASTM standards to meet or exceed original equipment performance.

Ideal for rebuilding Polaris PWC engines, this kit provides professional-grade components at an exceptional value.
