Dunlop 45247181 Sportmax Q5 Front Motorcycle Tire 120/70ZR17 58W

The Dunlop Sportmax Q5 is a high-performance DOT-approved track tire designed for serious sport and track-day riders who demand the ultimate in grip and performance. Evolved from the popular Sportmax Q4 and incorporating cutting-edge technology from Dunlop's MotoAmerica race program, the Q5 represents the fastest street-legal tire Dunlop has ever produced.

Advanced Racing Technology:

• Racing Type Fine Carbon Technology in the tread compound provides exceptional grip and faster warm-up times
• Sharply defined tread pattern with lower groove density puts more rubber on the ground at all lean angles
• New taller profile delivers improved corner entry and high-speed stability at full lean
• Intuitive Response Profile (IRP) technology allows greater line choice while cornering with linear steering response
• Made in Dunlop's Buffalo, New York plant on the same proprietary equipment used for racing products

Track-Ready Performance:

• No tire warmers required - engineered to run on track at close to street pressures
• Improved dry and wet grip with quicker warm-up times compared to previous generation
• Increased footprint at extreme lean angles for maximum contact patch and grip
• Tubeless construction for modern sport bikes
• Class-leading durability without sacrificing performance

Developed over four years with extensive testing at professional racetracks including Virginia International Raceway and Chuckwalla Valley Raceway, the Sportmax Q5 delivers race-derived performance for riders who push the limits on both street and track.
