Product Details

The GPD 1712852 is a direct-fit replacement blower motor resistor designed to restore proper heater and air conditioning fan speed operation. The blower motor resistor regulates the voltage supplied to the blower motor, allowing the HVAC system to operate across multiple fan speed settings. When this component fails, the blower fan may only work on certain speeds or stop functioning altogether.

Key Features:

  • Direct OEM-replacement fit — no modifications required
  • Restores full multi-speed blower motor operation
  • Manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
  • Built for reliable, long-lasting performance in demanding HVAC environments
  • Drop-in installation using existing wiring harness connector

GPD (Global Parts Distributors) is a trusted supplier of HVAC components for automotive, light truck, and van applications. The 1712852 resistor is engineered as a precise replacement for worn or failed OEM units, helping maintain consistent cabin climate control performance.
