The MEI 1642 is a block-type expansion valve designed for Freightliner truck air conditioning systems. This valve is located at the evaporator inlet and controls the flow of refrigerant entering the evaporator based on the cooling load or the evaporator's temperature.

  • Compatible with both R12 and R134a refrigerants
  • Hose side inlet: #8 with Stat Seal (1/2")
