DBA DBA3422E En-Shield Hybrid Composite Front Brake Rotor

The DBA DBA3422E is a Street Series Hybrid Composite (HC) front brake rotor featuring advanced En-Shield corrosion protection technology. This two-piece rotor combines a cast iron braking surface with an aluminum or steel hat, permanently bonded through rivets or co-casting, offering up to 15% weight reduction compared to conventional one-piece rotors.

Key Features:

• En-Shield protective coating keeps rotors corrosion-resistant throughout service life
• Kangaroo Paw vane design provides up to 20% better heat dissipation
• CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) machine-turned finish minimizes disc thickness variation
• Centre-split core castings for increased heat transfer and thermal efficiency
• Direct OE replacement for BMW 7-Series applications
• R90 certified for quality assurance

DBA Street Series rotors are engineered as premium OE replacement discs, manufactured to exceed original equipment standards. The En-Shield coating eliminates the need for pre-installation cleaning while protecting non-friction surfaces from corrosion. Ideal for daily drivers seeking reliable, long-lasting brake performance with improved heat management.
