Conbraco 10-616-09 Apollo Hot Water Safety Relief Valve 1-1/4" x 1-1/2" 45 PSI

The Conbraco 10-616-09 is an ASME Section IV capacity certified bronze safety relief valve designed for protection of hot water heating boilers, systems, and similar equipment. This high-capacity valve is engineered to prevent excessive water pressure caused by failure of controls to regulate BTU input, with a rated capacity of 3,656,000 BTU per hour.

Key Features:

• 1-1/4 inch FNPT inlet x 1-1/2 inch FNPT outlet connection
• 45 PSI set pressure with capacity rating of 3,656,000 BTU/hour
• Corrosion-resistant bronze body and spring cage construction
• Silicone seat for high-temperature resistance and elevated seat design for drainage
• Fabric-reinforced molded EPDM diaphragm isolates spring from water at all times
• Steel spring with plated alloy steel trim for durability
• Lift lever actuator for manual testing
• Maximum operating temperature: 250°F (121°C)
• ASME Section IV certified capacity and National Board certified

Part of the Apollo 10-600 Series, this safety relief valve can be pre-set to any pressure ranging from 15 to 160 PSIG at 250°F maximum. The oversize outlet design provides optimal flow capacity, while the diaphragm-isolated spring chamber ensures reliable long-term performance. Ideal for hot water heating boilers, hot water supply systems, and similar hydronic applications.
