Xylem-Bell & Gossett 110196LF B7-12 3/4" NPT Pressure Reducing Valve 12 PSI Lead-Free Brass

The Bell & Gossett 110196LF B7-12 is a low pressure reducing valve equipped with a low inlet pressure check valve and removable strainer, designed specifically for hydronic heating and plumbing systems. This 3/4" female by female NPT brass reducing valve is factory set to 12 PSI and features an adjustable range of 10-25 PSI, making it ideal for maintaining consistent system pressure in residential and light commercial applications.

Key Features:

• Lead-free brass and bronze construction with durable 2-port design
• Maximum working pressure of 125 PSI and operating temperature up to 225°F
• Flow capacity of 6-1/2 to 7 GPM at 125 PSI inlet pressure
• Built-in cleanable strainer and low inlet pressure check valve
• Suitable for buildings with a maximum of three floors
• Contains less than 0.25% lead by weight on wetted surfaces

Bell & Gossett reducing valves protect heating and plumbing systems against excessive line pressures. The integrated check valve prevents backflow and loss of system pressure if supply water pressure drops below system pressure. The convenient cleanable strainer is designed to prevent dirt and sediment from entering the system, while the brass body construction provides excellent corrosion resistance for long-lasting performance in water systems.
