Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 060818 Refrigeration Accumulator ODF Ton - 7/8 7.3 R22

The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 060818 is a refrigeration accumulator designed to protect compressors in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This accumulator features 7/8" ODF (Outer Diameter Flare) connections and is rated for 7.3-ton capacity systems using R22 refrigerant.

Key Features:

• 7/8" ODF sweat connections for secure installation
• 7.3-ton capacity rating for medium commercial applications
• Designed for R22 refrigerant systems
• Prevents liquid refrigerant and oil slugging from damaging the compressor
• Durable steel construction with copper fittings
• Ensures proper oil return to the compressor

Accumulators are essential components in refrigeration systems, installed in the suction line between the evaporator and compressor. They collect and meter liquid refrigerant and oil, ensuring only vapor enters the compressor while maintaining proper oil circulation throughout the system.
