Maxitrol GF80-1010-A-0 NPT Gas Filter Heating Parts & Accessories - 1-1/4

The Maxitrol GF80-1010-A-0 is a 1-1/4" NPT threaded gas filter designed to protect gas control equipment from dirt, rust, scale, and other contaminants in natural gas and LP gas systems. This compact inline filter features a die-cast aluminum body with a durable aluminum screen element that captures particulates before they can damage sensitive gas valves, regulators, and other downstream components.

Key Features:

• 1-1/4" NPT female threaded inlet and outlet connections
• Die-cast aluminum body construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Aluminum mesh screen filter element for effective particle filtration
• Removable cap allows for easy cleaning and maintenance of filter screen
• Suitable for use with natural gas and LP gas applications
• Compact design for installation in tight spaces
• Maximum operating pressure up to 5 PSI

The GF80 series gas filters are commonly installed upstream of gas valves, pressure regulators, and combination gas controls in commercial and industrial heating equipment, boilers, furnaces, and other gas-fired appliances. Regular maintenance of the filter screen ensures optimal gas flow and protects expensive gas control components from premature failure.
