Xylem-Bell & Gossett 110199LF Model 8 Dual Unit Pressure Reducing Valve

The Xylem-Bell & Gossett 110199LF Model 8 Dual Unit Valve combines a pressure reducing (fill) valve and a non-code relief valve in a single compact unit, providing both fill function and overpressure protection for hydronic heating systems. This lead-free brass valve is ideal for residential and commercial boiler applications.

Key Features:

• Lead-free brass body construction certified to NSF/ANSI 372 for potable water systems
• Pressure reducing valve factory set at 12 PSI (adjustable from 10-25 PSI)
• Relief valve factory set at 30 PSI for overpressure protection
• EPDM diaphragms on both valves for reliable operation
• Built-in low inlet pressure check valve prevents system pressure loss
• Cleanable inlet strainer prevents debris from entering the system
• Corrosion-resistant wetted parts for long service life
• Maximum working pressure: 125 PSIG
• Maximum operating temperature: 225°F
• Maximum flow rate: 5.5-6 GPM at 125 PSIG inlet pressure

Connections:

• Boiler connection: 1/2" NPT
• Fill connection: 1/2" NPT
• Dimensions: 6-7/16" inlet to outlet length, 5-3/8" height

The diaphragm-operated relief valve operates with a low differential between opening and closing pressures, while the large diaphragm ensures positive action. This dual unit valve eliminates the need for separate reducing and relief valves, simplifying installation and reducing labor costs.
