Belimo B307B+TR24-SR-T Control Valve with Proportional Actuator - 1/2 3-Way 24V

The Belimo B307B+TR24-SR-T is a compact 1/2-inch three-way characterized control valve (CCV) paired with a TR24-SR-T proportional actuator, designed for precise control in hydronic HVAC systems. This assembly features a low flow coefficient of 0.3 Cv, making it ideal for small zone control applications and terminal units requiring fine modulation.

Key Specifications:

• Valve size: 1/2 inch (DN 15) with threaded connections
• Flow coefficient (Cv): 0.3 for precise low-flow control
• Three-way mixing/diverting configuration for versatile piping arrangements
• Non-spring return actuator for fail-in-position safety
• 24V AC/DC power supply with universal voltage tolerance
• 2-10 VDC proportional control signal for modulating control
• Floating action with position feedback capability

Features & Benefits:

• Characterized valve design ensures linear flow control throughout the operating range
• Compact integrated actuator and valve assembly saves installation time
• Non-spring return design maintains last position during power failure
• Terminal block connections simplify field wiring
• Suitable for chilled and hot water applications in commercial HVAC systems
• Compatible with standard building automation systems using 0-10V control

This valve actuator assembly is commonly used in fan coil units, VAV terminal reheat coils, small air handling units, and zone control applications where precise flow modulation is required. The proportional actuator provides smooth, quiet operation with accurate positioning for optimal comfort control and energy efficiency.
