Belimo B222+LRB24-MFT Characterized Control Valve with Programmable Actuator - 1

The Belimo B222+LRB24-MFT is a characterized control valve assembly featuring a 1" (DN 25) 2-way ball valve with a Cv rating of 7.4, paired with an LRB24-MFT non fail-safe actuator. This precision-engineered valve assembly is designed for proportional control of hot or chilled water in commercial HVAC systems.

Valve Features:

• 1" NPT threaded connection for easy installation
• Cv 7.4 flow coefficient delivers up to 14.8 GPM at 4 psi pressure differential
• Stainless steel ball and stem construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Equal percentage flow characteristic provides precise control
• Characterizing disc enhances control stability

Actuator Specifications:

• AC/DC 24V operation with 2-10V DC modulating control signal
• MFT (Multi-Function Technology) programmable actuator for flexible configuration
• Non fail-safe (non-spring return) operation
• Electronic overload protection throughout 90° rotation
• Direct-coupled design eliminates need for linkage adjustment

Applications:

• Air handling units and fan coil units for heating or cooling coil regulation
• Unit ventilators, VAV box reheat coils, and bypass loops in hydronic systems
• Variable flow applications requiring precise proportional control
• Building automation systems with analog control signals

The B222+LRB24-MFT assembly arrives pre-mounted and factory tested, ensuring reliable performance right out of the box. The characterized flow design prevents control loop hunting, extending component life and optimizing energy consumption.
