Belimo B322+LRX24-MFT Characterized Control Valve with Programmable Actuator - 1 3-Way

The Belimo B322+LRX24-MFT is a complete characterized control valve assembly combining a 1-inch 3-way ball valve with a programmable non fail-safe actuator. This precision-engineered valve system is designed for proportional control of chilled or hot water in HVAC hydronic systems, delivering reliable performance in air handling units, fan coil units, VAV box re-heat coils, and bypass loops.

Valve Specifications:

• 3-way characterized control valve with 1-inch NPT female threaded connections
• Flow coefficient (Cv) of 7.4, providing 14.8 GPM at 4 psi differential
• Stainless steel ball and stem with nickel-plated forged brass body
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for precise, stable control
• 600 psi body pressure rating
• Compatible with chilled or hot water, up to 60% glycol solutions

LRX24-MFT Actuator Features:

• Configurable non fail-safe (non-spring return) operation
• AC/DC 24V power supply
• 2-10 VDC proportional control signal
• MFT (Multifunctional Technology) programmable functionality
• Direct-coupled mounting to valve body

The characterized control valve design incorporates a characterizing disc that provides superior control stability compared to standard ball valves, preventing control loop "hunting" and optimizing energy efficiency. The self-cleaning ball valve design ensures zero leakage and long service life in variable or constant flow hydronic systems.
