Honeywell PP901B1002 Pneumatic Pressure Reducing Valve Dual Pressure System 0-25 PSI

The Honeywell PP901B1002 is a high-pressure diaphragm operated pressure reducing valve designed specifically for dual pressure pneumatic control systems. This professional-grade valve controls the pressure of air delivered to pneumatic building automation and HVAC control systems, with the capability to switch between two independently regulated pressure settings for Day/Night or Summer/Winter applications.

Key Features:

• Dual pressure system capability with adjustable primary outlet pressure from 0-25 PSI and secondary pressure from 0-5 PSI above primary rating
• Inlet pressure range of 45-150 PSI for reliable operation across various system conditions
• Built-in adjustable safety relief valve for limiting downstream pressure and protecting equipment
• 1/4" NPT female inlet and outlet air connections for standard pneumatic system integration
• 1/8" NPT female air gage connection and 1/8" NPT pilot connection for monitoring and control
• Adjustable stops provide precise settings for two desired pressure levels
• Pressure changes accomplished manually or automatically with electric or pneumatic switches
• Includes mounting bracket and gage taps (gages not included)

This valve is ideal for commercial building management systems requiring automatic pressure regulation with seasonal or time-of-day variations. The diaphragm-operated design ensures reliable, long-lasting performance in demanding pneumatic control applications.
