3M 46-1101-00 Speedglas Heavy-Duty Welding Helmet G5-01 with Adflo High-Altitude PAPR Assembly, No ADF

The 3M 46-1101-00 is a complete Adflo Powered Air Purifying Respirator with Speedglas Heavy-Duty Welding Helmet G5-01 that provides high-efficiency particulate respiratory protection for welders in a lightweight, compact design with ergonomic, adjustable head suspension. This configuration does not include an auto-darkening filter, allowing welders to add their preferred G5-01 or G5-01VC lens separately.

Key Features:

• Flip-front welding shield allows for a clear, wide-view protective visor for grinding and setup
• Large curved protective visor (104 x 170 mm) with excellent views up, down, and peripherally
• Slim profile and ergonomic design makes the G5-01 helmet easier to utilize in tight welding spaces
• High-efficiency particulate filter can be stacked onto an optional 3M Adflo Cartridge for additional protection against OV/SD/CL/HC vapors
• Two independent air-flow controls allow you to customize the distribution of purified air within the helmet, directing air toward visor/face and top/sides
• NIOSH approved with Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 25 in standard assembly, up to 1000 APF with optional kit

Kit contains lithium-ion battery, charger, high-efficiency particulate filter, prefilter, spark arrestor, wide leather belt, and self-adjusting breathing tube. Designed based on extensive input from welders working at high amperages who need to grind frequently, this helmet is created to be adaptable to an individual's needs and situation.
