Product Details

The Pioneer Automotive CA-2001 is an automatic transmission detent cable designed to restore proper throttle-to-transmission communication in your vehicle. This cable connects the throttle mechanism directly to the automatic transmission, ensuring precise shift points and optimal transmission performance.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for worn or damaged OE detent cables
  • Engineered to fit and function like the original equipment
  • Prevents binding, sluggish response, and cable failure
  • Ensures proper transmission shift timing and performance
  • Manufactured to meet OE specifications for durability and reliability

Over time, detent cables can bind, break, or become sluggish, leading to poor transmission performance and incorrect shift points. The Pioneer CA-2001 provides a dependable solution with quality construction designed for long service life. Pioneer Automotive has been manufacturing precision automotive components since 1946, bringing decades of engineering experience to every product.

great pricing and fast shipping

Fast shipping great customer service!

My initial review was 1 star because I ordered a Thule rooftop cargo box, but cancelled the order after Autoplicity called me about collecting extra money to ship the item after their website did not charge me enough for shipping. After my initial review Autoplicity offered to ship the item totally free since the issue was a flaw in their website. This was unexpected, above and beyond in my opinion. I have yet to receive the item but commend Autoplicity's customer service

Did not receive a confirmation email when I placed the order so I was unsure if if the order had gone through properly. Part shipped the day after I ordered it. I received three confirmation emails at the that time for some reason. Overall I would say the experience ordering from Autoplicity was excellent and inspired confidence.

Product arrived fast and as described. The best price I found online. Packing was excellent, highly recommend Autoplicity.

Great Company. I needed a part quickly and for the right price. They had the best price on the internet, and made sure it got to me in two days before I went away on my road trip. I spoke to a representative that was very helpful. I highly recommend Autoplicity! Thanks!!!

Great site! Just what I wanted!
