Design Engineering DEI 10589 Protect-A-Sleeve 1" ID x 36" Heat Shield with LR Technology

The Design Engineering DEI 10589 Protect-A-Sleeve is a high-performance heat shield designed to protect hoses, wires, and cables from extreme temperatures. Featuring a 1-inch inner diameter and 36-inch length, this sleeve provides superior thermal protection for critical components in automotive, marine, and powersports applications.

Key Features:

• Black titanium construction withstands temperatures up to 1200°F continuous
• LR (Liquid Resistant) Technology provides protection against oil, fuel, and coolant exposure
• 1-inch inner diameter accommodates standard hoses and wire bundles
• 36-inch length allows coverage for extended runs or multiple components
• Hook and loop closure for easy installation without disconnecting lines
• Flexible design conforms to irregular shapes and tight routing
• Reflects radiant heat away from protected components

Ideal for protecting fuel lines, brake lines, wiring harnesses, and coolant hoses from exhaust manifolds, turbochargers, and other high-heat sources. The LR Technology coating ensures long-lasting performance even in harsh environments where fluid contact is unavoidable.
