Forney Welding 20573 Aircraft Extension Drill Bit 1/4" x 6"

The Forney 20573 is a 1/4-inch aircraft extension drill bit designed for drilling in tight spaces and hard-to-reach areas where standard drill bits cannot access. This 6-inch long bit features an extended length shaft that provides the extra reach needed for aircraft maintenance, automotive work, and other applications requiring deep hole drilling.

Key Features:

• 1/4-inch diameter bit for precise drilling
• 6-inch extended length for accessing confined spaces
• Aircraft-grade construction for durability and precision
• Ideal for drilling through sheet metal, aluminum, and light-gauge steel
• Hex shank design for secure grip in drill chucks

This aircraft extension bit is an essential tool for mechanics, fabricators, and DIY enthusiasts who need to drill in restricted areas. The extended reach eliminates the need for right-angle attachments in many situations, making it perfect for aircraft assembly, automotive body work, and tight-clearance drilling applications.
