Forney Welding 20561 Aircraft Extension Drill Bit 1/16" x 6"

The Forney 20561 is a 1/16-inch diameter aircraft extension drill bit designed for accessing hard-to-reach areas in drilling applications. This 6-inch long bit features an extended length that makes it ideal for drilling through bulkheads, tight spaces, and recessed areas commonly encountered in aviation, automotive, and fabrication work.

Key Features:

• 1/16-inch diameter for precise, small-hole drilling
• 6-inch extended length reaches into confined spaces
• Aircraft-style design for improved control and visibility
• Suitable for metal, wood, and composite materials
• Standard shank fits most drill chucks

Aircraft extension bits are essential tools for mechanics, fabricators, and technicians who need to drill in areas where standard-length bits cannot reach. The compact diameter combined with extended reach makes this bit particularly useful for electrical work, panel installation, and repair applications.
