American Grease Stick CFD-7B Brass Compression Union Fitting 7/16-24 to 1/8 NPT

The American Grease Stick CFD-7B is a double compression brass union fitting designed for low-pressure fluid transfer applications. This versatile fitting features a female 7/16-24 compression connection on one end and a male 1/8 NPT thread on the other, making it ideal for adapting between different connection types.

Key Features:

• Brass construction for corrosion resistance and durability
• Female 7/16-24 compression fitting on one end
• Male 1/8 NPT threaded connection on opposite end
• Suitable for 5/16 inch copper, brass, or aluminum tubing
• Creates leak-free seal through wedging action of compression sleeve
• No special tools required for installation

Applications:

This compression union is designed for use in low-pressure air, oil, and water systems. The compression design works by sliding the nut and sleeve over the tubing, then inserting the tube into the fitting body. When tightened, the sleeve wedges between the body and nut to create a secure, leak-free connection.

Important Note: This fitting is intended for general low-pressure applications only and should NOT be used for brake lines or other high-pressure hydraulic systems.
