Dayco 5PK712EE Stretch Serpentine Belt - 5-Rib 712mm

The Dayco 5PK712EE is a premium stretch serpentine belt engineered specifically for modern engines equipped with self-tensioning drive systems. This 5-rib poly-V belt features an effective length of 712mm (approximately 28 inches) and utilizes advanced elastic belt technology designed for vehicles that require stretch-type serpentine belts.

Key Features:

• Stretch belt design (EE designation) with self-tensioning capabilities for specific OE applications
• 5-rib PK profile configuration with 3.56mm rib spacing for optimal power transmission
• Aramid-reinforced EPDM compound construction resists cracking and degradation
• Superior performance in extreme temperature ranges from cold starts to high-heat conditions
• Polyester tensile cords provide high flexibility and strength for multi-accessory drives
• Precision-manufactured to OE specifications for proper fit and function

Important: Vehicles manufactured with stretch belts must be replaced with stretch belts—standard serpentine belts are not interchangeable. This elastic belt eliminates the need for a separate belt tensioner by utilizing the belt's inherent elasticity to maintain proper tension on alternators, power steering pumps, air conditioning compressors, and other engine-driven accessories.
