Petlas P36680 Explero H/T PT431 Summer Tire 265/50ZR19 110W XL

The Petlas Explero H/T PT431 is a premium high performance summer tire developed for luxury SUVs that combines quality and high performance with excellent grip and short braking distances. Designed for use on light trucks and SUVs, this highway terrain tire features an optimized design that helps reduce braking distances on wet roads, while the tread pattern and tough rubber compound allow for consistent traction and long tread life.

Key Performance Features:

• Reinforced and wide shoulder blocks increase the surface area contacting the road and enhance dry grip performance with high curving capability and maneuverability
• Three wide and two narrow circumferential grooves evacuate water from the tire's footprint to reduce hydroplaning risk, while the asymmetrical pattern provides high performance on wet and dry surfaces
• Center block contacts the road and provides a stable and balanced drive
• Computer-designed tread block arrangement lowers road noises and vibrations to create a quiet, comfortable ride
• Durable rubber compound guards the tire against damage, with a rim guard on most sizes that protects from curbing

Important Information: As a summer tire, the Explero H/T PT431 utilizes a sticky rubber compound that will harden and struggle to grip when temperatures are consistently below 45 degrees Fahrenheit. This tire features a 265mm section width, 50% aspect ratio, 19-inch rim diameter, 110 load index, and W speed rating (168 mph). The XL designation indicates extra load capacity for heavier SUVs and crossovers.
